Information related to table reservations submitted via the website or email will subsequently be transferred to a reservation book, and the inquiry email will be deleted.

In the event of a contract being concluded, data arising from the contractual relationship may also be stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years). The same applies to reservation records.
